Advances in Investigational pharmacology and therapeutic medicine
Licentiate in Chemistry (1971), Master in Chemistry (1974), Doctor in Pharmaceutical Sciences (1997). He was a Full Professor at the University of Havana and has teaching experience for 40 years at that university. He has worked in the study of medicinal plants for 30 years. He has taught courses on natural products in Cuba, Mexico, Peru, Brazil and Uganda.
