Biography

Dr. Nardone has an exemplary background. She received her Ph.D. from University of Sannio’s Study of Benevento (Italy) where she received extensive training in molecular biology and cell biology. For her dissertation research she developed in vitro co-culture of human primary breast cancer to investigate the mechanisms of endocrine resistance. This knowledge and experience is a great benefit to the activities she currently performs for the Breast Center at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Nardone has been working in Dr. Schiff’s lab since April 2012.
