Gaël Brulé(PhD) is a post-doctoral researcher in sociology of happiness at Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Since 2015, he is research fellow at Sodexo Institute for quality of life, where he helps developing indicators as well as a culture for quality of life. Gaël is the scientific director of the Fabrique Spinoza (Spinoza Factory), a Paris-based think tank that promotes well-being for citizens through actions and reports in the fields of education, work and indicators.

He is interested in the societal and urban conditions for people to thrive, as well as the cultural influences on happiness.
