Protein synthesis is the process in which biological cells build new proteins. Protein biosynthesis is a multistage process beginning with amino acid synthesis, transcription and then used for translation. Transcription is phenomena of RNA synthesis from DNA template and translation is phenomena of amino acids assembly from RNA. The three translation steps are initiation, elongation and termination. In initiation process the assembly of the translation system components and precedes the formation of peptide bonds. In elongation process the polypeptide chain adds amino acids to the carboxyl end the chain protein grows as the ribosome. Termination happens when the A site of the ribosome reaches one of the three termination codons (UAA, UAG or UGA).
